About Us![]() After completing his BA in Marketing from California State University at San Bernardino, California, Kevin joined Germania Construction Corporation, the 35 year old land development and construction company on a full-time basis in 1994. Prior to graduation and during his tenure at Cal State, Kevin honed his marketing and public relation skills by working part-time at the family owned firm on a number of demanding public relation and marketing projects. His successes and abilities have earned him great respect among his peers and continues to be a sought after strategic planner for governmental relations efforts. Being raised in an active public service family, Kevin has developed relationships within many of our local, state, and federal levels of government over the years. His background, relationships, and focus have given him the ability to be extremely effective at all levels of entitlement, strategic planning and the implementation of many regional infrastructure development projects. Kevin has spent a great deal of time working with water, power and transportation infrastructure policies and issues. During this time, Kevin has grown many relationships with and within private companies such GE Energy and Seawest Wind Energy to municipalities such as Edison International, Easter Municipal Water District, Metropolitan Water District, Southern California Gas, Caltrans and many other agencies on infrastructure projects. It is with this experience and these valuable relationships that Kevin is able to help solve the ever emerging needs of the region. As a lifelong resident of the region, Kevin has been active in the smart approach to preserving our natural resources. Kevin is a Board Member of the Riverside Land Conservancy, a Southern California based non-profit group responsible for the identification, preservation and management of sensitive habitat. As a board member and easement committee member, Kevin has been responsible for the facilitation of many residential projects with sensitive habitat areas. It is through his efforts that many significant development projects have been able to comply with, and integrate within federal, state and local conservation requirements. Kevin, as an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), has been instrumental in promoting solutions to regional, state and federal issues related to office and industrial development projects. Kevin has been recognized for his efforts in both the public and private sectors in dealing with global development issues. Kevin was a principal of Germania Corporation, the 35-year-old family owned construction company. As a third generation member of the family company, Kevin strategically planned and implemented the program which allowed the company to expand into and service growing markets. Kevin continues to maintain the family values founded on integrity and the requirement to provide exceptional quality and service in all that he and the company does. After a decade with Germania, Kevin along with his brother-in-law Fred Jimenez formed Dynasty Land Development, a California general construction and development company. Dynasty Land Development is focused on, and specializes in commercial, retail and industrial development and construction. Kevin is the President and RMO of Dynasty Land Development. Kevin and his wife Anita, along with their daughters Alyssa and Kaitlyn and their son Lucas reside in Riverside, California where they are very active in the community and many regional planning and development efforts. |
